Selection, review and finalizing piping supports for plant engineering services including spring hanger, snubber specifications, arrangement and optimization to ensure safety and lowest installed cost. Was responsible for Detail Engineering and checking of composite piping layout in TG building, Rack piping & Balance of Plant, Steam and Gas Turbine skid piping, Plot plan, General arrangements drawings, Piping isometrics Etc. Was responsible for Line sizing, pressure drop, Pipe wall thickness, Pipe reinforcement, Weld strength, Shear lug and Trunnion calculations for piping systems, Auxiliary beam sizing and Flash tank sizing.
