I latterly became the Agency's first Head of Strategic Communications, responsible for devising and delivering integrated communications strategies across a programme of Scottish Government infrastructure projects totalling billions of pounds. I am a highly skilled, innovative communications professional with many years experience providing strategic communications advice direct to most of the Scottish Ministers who have held the transport brief since 2006, senior civil servants and civil engineers. I have procured and managed suppliers, worked effectively and authoritatively with contractors and partners.
