In his formative years, Carlos achieved a BA in Graphic design at PUC-PR in Brazil, followed by focused art training under Glen Vilppu and Karl Gnass at the Animation Guild (USA) in 2002. The following year, Carlos landed a job at Daniel Messias Animation, a renowned studio in Brazil, where he started his career as an animator. In the following years, he worked for International studios Like Pepper Films, Butter Cup Pictures, Uli Meyer Animation, and Duncan Studio. During this period, he animated and storyboarded commercials with characters from Warner Brothers, Hanna-Barbera, Cartoon Network, Kellogg’s, and Cheetos, to name a few. Carlos lives in Brazil, working and teaching from his studio and traveling worldwide for jobs and conventions.
