With the philosophy of selling through values and key business knowledge, I am able to conduct and deliver briefings in rolling out new compensation plans and administration policy through effective story-telling. This, not only drives key messages across; but also delivers in the simplest term so that the sales personnel truly understand their plan and have faith in the system.
