Supply Chain Stock Compile Supply Chain Stock information and reports. Manage Supply Chain Operations Target Group for incidents & requests which have been logged. Liaise with Internal Audit regarding stock discrepancies, stock takes and inventory adjustments to improve stock management within Supply Chain. Stakeholder Support Monitor new, existing and dormant supplier and store information. This includes changes to dispatch location affecting the network and costs. Visit stakeholders e.g. RTL to gather information related to supplier compliance and detail check processes. Engage with stakeholders within the Supply Chain to improve customer service. Manage Supply Chain Operations Target Group for incidents & requests which have been logged. Provide Logistics stakeholders with Special event information and launch dates. Budget Check accuracy of invoices against warehouse management system and ensure on time payment through Oracle Financials. Extract and provide Supply Chain budgets and historical information. Monitor & investigate variances and prepare forecasts. Setting up of the Yearly budgets for the business unit. Ensure that all income and expenditure categories are managed and controlled to meet budget parameters. Ensuring that all debtors and creditors are processed via the ACCPAC system. Reconciling of all creditors accounts. Completing month-end accounts and reconciliations and reporting thereof. Ensuring adherence of operations to the budget and forecasts. Provide and prepare Detailed warehouse and distribution costs for buying groups and Accurate departmental weekly and monthly billing. o 180 days stock availability report. Balanced scorecard linked to SLA. Costings for the value added services. The Operations scorecard is implemented and reported on a weekly basis. The analysis and compilation of Activity Based Costing on scorecards. Monthly expenditure forecast. Analyze costings for the value added services. Assist Operations Manager in the compilation of the Clothing & Home Business Plan. Initiate continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure the accuracy of information contained in All Points reports. (WMS) Monitoring of warehouse compliance with SLA Ensure the accurate control and inventory of consumables in the warehouse for Imports/Exports w and Corporate Wear. Able to assess and conduct audits on Controlled Self Assesarehouses. Compliance to UPN Financial Policies and Procedures. Manage the risk plan in accordance with the business, o Ensuring that all customer queries are resolved or responded to in 24 hrs o Ensuring that all queries get channeled to the correct parties for timeous resolution. o Ensuring feedback to customers is accurate and complete. o Weekly / monthly reporting on help desk performance o Customer services and managing customer relationship with Woolworths Clothing & Home departments. Ensuring the CSI are adequate and feedback is good. In the absence of Operations Manager to act in his capacity. Ensure all IT requirements met.
