As a leader in instructional design, incorporating e-Learning modalities in ground-based classes; transitioning traditional ground-based faculty & students to use Online tools for instruction; streamlining development time to improve efficiencies, & creating institution learning communities – virtual or face-to-face – to improve success have been effective strategies to enhance deliver & foster retention of instructional material. Academic leadership and guidance involved 45+ programs maintaining academic rigor and accreditation expectations. Education innovations to support student success include developing learning communities that resulted in improved pass rates in high failure classes, peer-to-peer faculty training that improved technique in the classroom, consistent campus-wide academic advising models, and student services front-end risk analysis followed by early intervention support.
