I have keen interests in wildlife conservation and research, sustainability, and education and advocacy. Specifically, I am most interested in conservation and husbandry of endangered birds. I've had the opportunity to study abroad twice--in New Zealand for 6 months, and Belize for 2 weeks--each with a focus on sustainability and ecology, and which made me realize how much I love learning about the natural history and culture of different parts of the world. I am motivated and dedicated in doing what I love; but more than that, I love to engage and educate others, and inspire in them the enthusiasm for the natural world and conservation that comes so natural to me.
