I believe that organizations of all sizes can create Inclusive Diverse Equitable Accessible Learning (IDEAL) workplaces, where everyone is valued for their gifts, and teams are made up of people that support and encourage each other, each leveraging their gifts, for the benefit of the team, with everyone earning at least a living wage. I believe in doing what I can to influence others to help as many people as possible discover their ideal jobs and create their IDEAL workplaces.
