Charles Cole’s Expertise I have contributed to the layout of test chips in the 6-layer metal 65nm process, the 8 and 7 layer 45nm process and the 7 layer 28nm process. Have also worked extensively on the embedded CMOS transceiver used in Texas Instruments DRP line of products. I am currently in HPA/PA and I am the lead layout designer for this group in Dallas. I am responsible for and have successfully created many chips for this group since May 2010. These chips include stand-alone 12-16 bit resolution DAC's, High Current Output DAC's and DCDC DAC's from bottom to top in the 50hpa07hv and 50hpa07 processes. Specialties: Analog Front End, Low Noise Amplifier, Inductors, Transformers and Baluns, Digital to Analog Converters, Analog to Digital Converters, ESD, IO Rings.
