I took part in another big project, Incheon Bridge near Incheon airport, which has been selected as one of the world’s 10 Construction Wonders in 2005 by construction world magazine in U.K. The bridge links the city of Incheon with Incheon International Airport and features an 800m cable-stayed main span, one of the longest in the world. I worked as a bridge design manager for the approach bridge design and construction engineering services during construction in the site with the international design codes of AASHTO LRFD.. Generally I have worked as follows. Established a close cooperative relationship with professional engineers from different fields and coordinated their opinions regarding specified bridge plans, construction methods and consultation. Participated in the overall procedures on the bridge and the related structures in structural engineering, established design criteria and selected the design concept and bridge types.
