My long-term goal is reach the management level. Currently, I am working at SAP Brazil company, in the Center of Expertise (CoE), which is part of Support area. The CoE helps SAP customers with Premium Engagement contract (MaxAttention and ActiveEmbedded) to identify root cause, issues, potential risks in customer solution landscape. As a CoE consultant, I deliver services at customer onsite with different scopes. - The assessment service scope is to identify the core business processes and potential issues/risks that affect the go-live in my area of expertise (MM / Localization Brazil / SAP NFE) at the beginning of the project (Implementation, Upgrade and others), and provide recommendations. - The Go-live support service is a reactive service where the main goal is to help customer with issues (from my area of expertise) they are facing during the go-live. - The post Go-live service scope is to provide recommendations/solutions to the issues (from my area of expertise) that customer is facing and identify potential risks.
