As the manager of an instructional design group I was responsible for the development of technical and soft-skill courses for both computer based platforms (web-based, computer-based, 3D simulators) and classroom based (instructor-led, virtual seminars). My primary responsibility these days is Program Manager. For my primary customer my team has developed over 150 hours of web based training to date and we have supported over 150,000 classroom events thru the years. Pursuit of new business never stops. I am continually involved in capture strategy, proposal writing and pricing.
