This included routine maintenance, capital maintenance, capital improvement and the delivery of a very significant major projects portfolio. At Mouchel in 2006 Chris took the lead in forming the AccordMP Joint Venture. While at Accord he carried responsibility for the development of the Accord Group’s highways business. Prior to that as Director of Network Management at Mouchel Chris carried responsibility for the day to day management and development of all Mouchel's network management commissions. He was a JV Board Director of the strategic AmeyMouchel Joint Venture and he fulfilled the role of Project Director on the M25 Sphere (Area 5).
