The business provided public and private sector clients with specialist highways services contract management, procurement and development support and advice. Until the end of 2013, Chris was responsible for the day to day management and development of Ringway's term service business as Managing Director of Ringway Infratructure Services Ltd. In this role he focused on: managing and developing existing and new businesses efficiently; customer focus and relationship development; staff skills and competency development; service and contract performance; and resource management. At RedRay Consulting Ltd he provided services direct to clients and developed business related to contract development and procurement procedures. As MD Transportation Systems at Serco he was responsible for the management and development of Serco’s business in the highways transportation sector in the UK. To 2008 he was Director Road Network Management for TfL, responsible for the implementation of the majority of TfL’s highway Investment Programme and carried responsibility for an annual budget of well over 200m. This included routine maintenance, capital maintenance, capital improvement and the delivery of a very significant major projects portfolio. At Mouchel in 2006 Chris took the lead in forming the AccordMP Joint Venture. While at Accord he carried responsibility for the development of the Accord Group’s highways business. Prior to that as Director of Network Management at Mouchel Chris carried responsibility for the day to day management and development of all Mouchel's network management commissions. He was a JV Board Director of the strategic AmeyMouchel Joint Venture and he fulfilled the role of Project Director on the M25 Sphere (Area 5).
