Mill/River water. Non-potable -Seasonal environmental/comfort cooling tower including all Gas fired units. Oversee Waist Water Treat: (WWT) -Rain run off excess over flow to sanitary sewers treatment. -Sludge treatment for recycling green usable oil. -Maintain fresh air through temp louver and humidity control. Using BMS (Building management system) -Build HVAC air handlers and heater houses Oversee Maintenance and repair building HP steam Testing of relief valves for HP steam reducing stations Potable water and sanitary lines Back flow protection program we have over 65 testable devices. Natural gas lines Annual gas line inspections maintaining plug valves All gas trains testing annually Maintenance fire protection systems Boil city water Hot water tanks over 30gal Testing for legionella bacteria.
