Having spent 3 years as a Manufacturing Engineer and 4 years as a Mechanical Design Engineer in the test and measurement device industry, Chris has a comprehensive knowledge of electronics manufacturing. From concept to implementation, Chris has the background and skills to deliver the solutions your company desires. Following the completion of his degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Washington, Chris started his career at Fluke Corporation supporting the high volume digital multimeter factory. As a Manufacturing Engineer, Chris ensured that operations were running efficiently & that key performance indicators were met, robotics/tools/fixtures were in working order, and he led Kaizen events to continuously improve upon the health and output of the factory. Chris continued to add to his skillset, taking up CAD design utilizing PTC Creo. Having taken an interest in the design side of electronics manufacturing, he moved into the Mechanical Design Engineer role at Fluke. While in this role, Chris learned to design product enclosures and mechanical assemblies with a focus on Design for Manufacturability, particularly in the plastics injection molding realm. Chris worked on a variety of projects, including biomedical devices, electrical installation testers, and calibration lead sets.
