Specialties: --Thin film deposition (metals, semiconductors, chalcogenides, and dielectrics) on both research scale and 300mm toolsets. Expertise in physical vapor deposition (PVD) methods including magnetron sputtering and evaporation. --Preparation and analysis of thin films via XPS, XRD, AFM, RHEED, SEM, TEM, EDS, and SIMS. Fluent in TEM analysis using HR, EELS, STEM/HAADF.
