  During the early winter months of 1997, at the plucky age of 17, I was involved in a motorbike accident which resulted in my left arm being paralysed. During the next six months it was an extremely trying time for me as I had to relearn how to do all the tasks life throws at you; with only the use of one arm. Difficulties arose when I was trying to eat a banana, do up my shoes laces or even putting a tie on (give it a go if you feel adventurous). During the initial stage after the accident I constantly found myself looking at a process, before starting, analysing it and then giving it a go... I have successfully achieved my Green belt in Lean Six-Sigma and currently improving the service offered by Viapath LLP across all 5 sites.
