I have growth the ability to bridge such areas, as evidenced by 5 published articles where I have developed nanomaterials for applications in energy, bio-imaging, drug-delivery, and sensors. In particular, I set a solid background in colloidal chemistry with a focus on organic/inorganic nanoparticles and polymeric micro-/nanocapsules. ► I get strong technical skills in the chemical and physical characterization of nanomaterials dominating techniques such as UV/VIS and PL spectroscopy, DLS spectroscopy, electron microscopy (TEM/SEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), optical, fluorescence and confocal microscopy, IR spectroscopy, thermal analysis (DSC, TGA). ► I have considerable project management skills, and I am an excellent relationship builder, has demonstrated by bringing to completion 3 research project and setting 2 domestic and 2 international collaborations. ► Strong written and oral communications skills developed during my PhD and my collaboration in the scientific web-magazine AIRInforma evidenced by the participation in 9 conferences and numerous article published in the web-magazine.
