In July 2021 I continued to work on billing implementation projects as an Application Analyst and I also started to working as a Customer Support Specialist, Billing Tier 2. In my new position I was a Billing Trainer for current customers and also helped with escalated complex billing issues. As a Practice Manager I handled recruiting, screening and onboarding receptionists and therapists, employee relations, performance management, payroll assistance, and I even handled solving computer issues, advertising, social media and website management. I trained and supervised the receptionists and administrative interns. I was responsible for all insurance billing and client billing. I also handled credentialing for all of the therapists. I have the ability to exercise judgment, tact and professionalism. I have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills, ability to anticipate needs and think ahead to possible solutions. I have the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively and strong attention to detail and accuracy. I have experience working with the following Electronic Health Records/ Practice Management software: Welligent, Therapist Helper, NDCLytec and Valant. Proficient with Microsoft Office Systems (Including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook).
