Christianne Montero’s Expertise I was an Practice Manager and Billing Manager for a psychotherapy practice for 20 years. I worked for a Behavioral Health Enterprise EHR/PM software company for over 3 years on the Implementation team and the Client Support team. I am interested in working in these types of positions but I am also open to new opportunities. I worked from home and I have a separate room in my home for my office. As an Application Analyst, I was responsible for managing the customer’s migration to Welligent’s EHR enterprise software using the standard implementation lifecycle for assigned projects. Welligent was a fairly small company when I started working there. My original title was Billing Implementation Project Manager. I was responsible for implementation and managing my own projects. As Welligent grew and our workload increased they hired Project Managers to take meeting notes for us and oversee the clinical and billing Implementation schedules and timelines so they changed all of our titles to Application Analyst. In July 2021 I continued to work on billing implementation projects as an Application Analyst and I also started to working as a Customer Support Specialist, Billing Tier 2. In my new position I was a Billing Trainer for current customers and also helped with escalated complex billing issues. As a Practice Manager I handled recruiting, screening and onboarding receptionists and therapists, employee relations, performance management, payroll assistance, and I even handled solving computer issues, advertising, social media and website management. I trained and supervised the receptionists and administrative interns. I was responsible for all insurance billing and client billing. I also handled credentialing for all of the therapists. I have the ability to exercise judgment, tact and professionalism. I have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills, ability to anticipate needs and think ahead to possible solutions. I have the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively and strong attention to detail and accuracy. I have experience working with the following Electronic Health Records/ Practice Management software: Welligent, Therapist Helper, NDCLytec and Valant. Proficient with Microsoft Office Systems (Including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook). Experience in working with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and Salesforce. Knowledge of HIPPA requirements. Experience with CAQH.
