It is an important step towards becoming a Six Sigma Green Belt. RECENT ACTIVITY At L'Oreal, we initiated an aggressive order tracking project to improve on time delivery. We communicated more with our accounts and were more open about questions and concerns. We planned ahead of schedule to ensure timely availability of inventory needed for future orders. We looked at metrics used to help us plan inventory needs to see where improvements could be made. INTERESTS I enjoy reading up on the news, reading about and understanding our political and economic institutions, and having an intellectual debate about anything. I like staying in touch with old friends and colleagues, and meeting new people, too. I enjoy the the opportunity to help others learn and grow. I challenge myself to increase my knowledge and my capabilities, be 100% proactive with any free time, and make a difference.
