Especially for Team Management, I always say that a good leader should create alignment and culture in his team and always be the inspirational example, values that always drive me not only in my professional, but also in my personal life. The role of the IT Manager gave me even more understanding about how should I approach the IT Service Management. I started focusing on how to organize functions and teams in order to make them work effectively and help to achieve the business goals, as well as how to plan and deliver successful projects. My experience in ITIL Service Operation has led me to that level from where I can contribute to effective Service Operation processes, like Incident Management, Problem Management or Request Fulfillment, while my overall ITIL training and experience allow me to work also in almost all the processes of a service lifecycle. Currently I am member of an amazing multinational team at Wolters Kluwer - Enablon, trying to maintain and improve the offered IT services! At the same time I am spending my free time with a project which is totally out of the IT area. The project is called ExtraVOO (which stands for Extra Virgin Olive Oil) and it's focusing on bringing end selling my farm's extra virgin olive oil in The Netherlands. Enablon
