As for my professional experience, aside from owning a business, for the past fifteen years, I was a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Before leaving my job, I was promoted to Lead CNA, where I managed three shifts. My goal as lead CNA was to improve communication amongst the staff not only on all three shifts but also with upper management. I am happy to share that it was a success.
