Negotiated contact center, unified communications and collaboration, and managed network services elements of the agreement. • Led multiple contract negotiations saving a major healthcare company 22M during 3-year term. • Enhanced visibility of sales opportunities, quotes, and bids via successful worldwide rollout of Siebel CRM modules for a telecommunications firm – revenue increase of 50M annually. • Managed new product launches for high-speed Internet access, local telephone service and interactive gaming for a major broadband company; expanded existing products in three states.
