Crystal Hale’s Expertise My passion is people. I got my Masters degree in Clinical Counseling because I love working with people and I wanted to make a difference in their lives. A very long story short - I ended up in IT. To this day I don't think a single member of my family could tell you what I have done professionally for the past 9 years of my career, and they are still in shock I am in the industry at all (they still call me to fix their computers, I can't seem to explain to her that while I work in IT, I'm not technical). But everything happens for a reason, and this industry has a tight hold on me. The Channel community is my favorite place to be. I love helping and supporting my partners, colleagues and customers. I love celebrating big wins and strategizing on new game plans. I've had the chance to manage teams, mentor peers, and chase big goals as an individual contributor. I've worked with amazing and evolving technology, all of which I believe is going to change the future for our next generation.
