Familiar with handling and dissociating primary tissue (Ascites fluid and ovarian tumor biopsy) for single cellular analysis. • Molecular Biology techniques: Antibody conjugation and titration for flow and mass cytometry, RNA isolation, cDNA preparation, Real Time PCR, Western Blots, Gel Electrophoresis, cloning techniques, ELISA, immunocytochemistry, cell and tissue culture, In Vivo and in vitro experimentation, protein isolation, protein purification and identification • Proteomics techniques: Ebola Glycoprotein production and purification, mass spec and HPLC training, Fab production • Computation and analysis of acquired data from molecular biology techniques • Graph design on Prism and R • Experience with intraperitoneal infection of Mus musculus with salmonella typhimurium. Tissue extraction from Mus musculus such as the femur, bladder, kidney, liver, spleen, thymus, lymph nodes, heart, lung, brain, eye, pancreas, small intestine and serum collection via cardiac puncture • Trained to work in a bio-safety level 2 plus tissue culture facility
