I worked for Tommy Hilfiger, The Buckle, and a few other places. It was great. Found out I liked the marketing and management part more than the fashion part. Finally got payroll down to a science. Remember you can not train people to be salespeople. They either have it or they don't. Was a manager to commission team mates. You might can motivate them for awhile, but it will go away if it's not really them. I don't believe in sales people. Be yourself and let people like you and then just educate them. Self Esteem goes a long way in business. Amazingly I never really acted like a sales person, but my checks were good. Life and work is always about being who you are. I do not go out of my way to impress people. I am very honest and just me. My goal is just to love my job and be happy. I would love to teach business on a college level one day. My goal is to educate others about management and sales. I still have lots to learn, but I have enough experience to help others too. Specialties: Management and Sales.
