Weekly meetings with direct line manager to discuss potential improvements to the team or job role, any issues raised from weekly management meetings, any daily issues encountered by your team members that can be looked at and potentially resolved. Also in charge of making sure weekly housekeeping is done in individual areas, and also that stock cycle counts are completed on a regular basis to ensure stock accuracy. Since being appointed team leader, I have taken on responsibility for placing orders to keep the logistics department running, like ordering fuel for the site, load security materials and all relevant hazard labels to make sure tankers and containers leave the site correctly and don’t have any hold ups at the ports Solvay Oil And Gas Solutions
