Joined Union Carbide in 1987, subsequently merging with Dow Chemical in 2001, working in UNIPOL Polyethylene and Polypropylene Gas Phase Process R&D. Responsible for pilot plant operations, process and product development, catalyst evaluations, commercial plant trial coordination and support, and UNIPOL PE and UNIPOL PP licensing support. Subject matter expertise in Chromium-based and Ziegler-Natta catalyzed polymerization operation. Also experienced with Metallocene-based polymerization catalyst operation. Graduated from the University of Rochester in 1981 with a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering, and from the University of Pittsburgh in 1985 with a Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering.
