Damian Vidal Segui’s Expertise In my professional life I have played different roles always related to Software Engineering, from software development, analysis of new products, team management for development and implementation projects, in software factories, to strategic management and business development. All this evolution has been carried out from small and medium companies to multinationals, in sectors of health, education and marketing, and nationally and internationally, participating and directing projects in different countries such as Peru, Chile, Mexico, Costa Rica, Cuba, Portugal, Argentina, Indonesia, etc. In the beginning I focused my work on the methodology of software engineering and the analysis and design of new information systems. Later I specialized in tasks of pre-sale and commercialization of products and projects, always in the sector of information technologies. In my recent experience, I have been dedicated to innovation, both from the conception of new technological products & services, as well as from the strategy and business development part, for the commercialization of them. Proof of this is the facet of entrepreneurship that I have developed, being a co-founder of 3 technological startups, in which I applied all my knowledge and acquired experience. Currently, my interest is focused on innovation applied to products / services of the latest technology, which can create a great differentiation and are applicable to the improvement of organizations and the welfare of people. I have know how in technology of Genetic Maps, Health Image Biomarkers, RTLS (Real Time Localization System), ML (Machine Learning, Data Prediction), Hololens (Google Glass) , Biometric authentication systems, Digital Signature with Digital Certificate, etc. I am really passionate about transformation, versatile, proactive, enthusiastic and agile. In my last stage I have been very involved in tasks of direction, management, strategy and business development.
