I am Cert CII qualified with affiliation to the Chartered Institute of Insurers and I am a Member of the Institute of Leadership and Management (MInstLM). Additionally, I am BACS accredited enabling me to lead Paperless Direct Debits; an area which I spearheaded in my most recently role as Credit Control and Agency Manager. I am well versed in prompt debt recovery, which will transfer well into any industry, not just insurance and I remain highly driven and ambitious. By nature, I am a highly communicative individual, who shows high regard for delivering quality results and exceptional service. As a person, I am very approachable and enjoy helping others. In 2015, I travelled to Kenya with 9 Chaucer colleagues on a volunteering mission to provide help in a children’s home. This was a truly humbling experience for me, learning about different cultures and supporting wider families. We were able to contribute a wide range of supplies to support the home from generous fundraising efforts. I am looking to extend my networks and identify future opportunities to stretch and challenge my capabilities even further in the field of credit control.
