Here I worked with: - Developing embedded software (mostly C++, v. 11, 14 and 17) to support third-party PROFIsafe devices in order to meet new market challenges. PROFIsafe is a safety communication protocol used in industrial automation and control systems to provide safety-related communication between field devices. - Ensuring compliance with international standards IEC 61508 and IEC 61511 for functional safety in industrial applications. - Creating and documenting manual function test routines for test engineers. - Enhancing the overall safety and efficiency of ABB:s controller product range.
