Collins, Colorado. As a student in the graduate program at Hamline, I have gained a significant understanding as to what makes an effective teacher. The core curriculum focused on promoting equity in school & society, building communities of teachers and learners. In addition with those values, we learned about constructing your own knowledge and practicing thoughtful inquiry and reflection.
