My latest work has been dedicated to understanding the relationship between the manufacturing capabilities and the customer requirements leading to the development of these technologies and putting supply partnerships together to deliver these products. I initiate the product development innovation (and hold many patents in this area) I identify through my network of contacts the correct and most capable suppliers then put design, development and manufacturing plans in place to deliver the product. I also run the in-house manufacturing teams to establish the assembly processes including OCA and LOCA bonding as required.
