My expertise in organic synthetic chemistry affords the ability to design and prepare lipid molecules with novel combinations of headgroup and tail chemistry for selective molecular affinity and unique colloidal properties. My expertise also encompasses surface coatings of nanoparticle for drug and protein delivery, biocompatible surfaces in microfluidic devices, and Langmuir monolayer film characterization and deposition.
