Some Key Achievements •As Customer Success Manager assisted delivery of 5m Whole-of- SA Govt licence (Mainframe Financials package) •Customer Experience - managed a team of 15 CA Customer Relationship Managers nationally for 6 yrs, delivering a very successful ‘Trusted Advisor’ environment to Tier 1 Accounts to ensure best possible business relationship, ROI & CSat. •Director - CA Asia Pacific Level 1 Support Services, inc. consolidation from 9 locations in APJ to 1 (in Sydney) successfully fielding a smaller multi-lingual local team, with minimal impact to customer support, and improved Customer and Employee Sat. plus •Led a similar consolidation and renovation of the CA Reception Services for Asia Pacific, (including India), plus implemented a VOIP Telephony System for the whole region. Similar results with CSat & EmpSat. Managed a CA Channel Partner Team to deliver additional Sales revenue to committed targets via Reseller Partners responding to Global Corporate demand.
