Moreover, as I played a project manager role in the Tina River Hydropower project (15MW) in Solomon Islands at K-water, I successfully accomplished the development and financing of the project, which is the first landmark transaction in the country, including bankable PPP investment regimes, transition from nearly 100% diesel to majority renewable energy for climate change mitigation and innovative financing arrangements using blended concessional finance from WB, ADB, GCF, K-EXIM EDCF, the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development and the Australia – Pacific Islands Partnership Trust Fund, in December 2019. Since I have successfully accomplished numerous infrastructure projects at Samchully AMC, K-water, DL E&C and PwC, I have a deep understanding of and cumulative practical experience in structuring complex credit enhancement, negotiating commercial contracts, concession agreements and finance documents, and advising on enhancing overall project bankability. In addition, I successfully attained the internal investment green lights with risk management and Korean government approvals on the equity investment projects at K-water.
