Then took over the role of General Manager for the Imaging organisation; growing and diversifying the business, rationalising and implementing ‘lean’ production manufacturing processes and production scheduling systems and adopting an ‘Integrated Management System’ approach for all business, quality, health & safety and environmental management processes within the organisation.
