And what I want is to help the other 66% realize the power and joy of being engaged in their work and life. Employees who get satisfaction from their work are more engaged with those around them and productive in the work they choose to do. I believe that at the root of every one of our memorable experiences is a person - for better or worse. Using the principles and values of Agile, I strive to accentuate the positives, be authentic, and do the uncomfortable work of not settling for the status quo in order to help teams find autonomy, mastery, and purpose in their work.
