I am recognised by the Court of Session and the High Court as an 'expert witness' in the field of Collision Investigation, being both an Advisor to the Procurator Fiscal and Senior Investigating Officer, and acting on behalf of the defence and pursuers in civil litigation. In recognition of my experience within Collision Investigation, I was awarded a licentiateship from the City & Guilds Institute of London. I am a trained Senior Investigator in terms of the ACPOS Road Death Investigation Manual. I have been vetted to security level Counter Terrorist (CTC).
