I can work alone or with a team, but being able to enhance team members skill sets to achieve their own success is part of what I bring to the table. The unknown doesn’t scare me. I love a challenging work environment, finding solutions to problems and I am not afraid to knock on doors. As I look to the next destination on my career journey, one of the thoughts I have is about my role as a new father and what I will answer my son when he asks me “what is your job daddy?”.
