The IAAO has been a fundamental part of my professional career, and volunteering for the organization and our members has been the most rewarding part. That is why I humbly ask your support for IAAO Executive Board Region #3. My training, education and committee service have directly coincided and benefited from “The Three Pillars”, referred to in the first Section of the Bylaws. If elected to Region #3, I will continue to work towards these three main interests of the IAAO. Those interests are inherent in the Association’s mission “of promoting innovation and excellence in property appraisal, property tax administration and property tax policy.” Goals Continued support for affordable quality appraisal education and assessment administration for current members, while striving to promote the same learning opportunities for future members and emerging professionals. Continue to emphasize IAAO Professional Designations as the preeminent standards for excellence in the appraisal profession. Continue to promote development of IAAO Technical Standards and revisions when relevant, to keep IAAO in the forefront of providing the means to improve and standardize our Profession.
