David Snook’s Expertise Started out in 87' splicing fiber optic lines for major landline carriers and after sometime in that capacity moved onto engineering and designing for GTE and others.Worked on several military installations installing and upgrading old antiquated phone systems in and around the DC area , than back in the late 90's fell back into the construction and engineering side of the industry working inspections,safety and construction also spent a few years managing aerial and buried crews along with the copper and fiber splicers to connect it all together ... Since my official start in the industry have had the opportunity to have worked for Centel,GTE,Verizon,Alltel,SW Bell,AT&T,Sprint,Embarq and CenturyLink just to name a few. At the moment I'm currently contracted out to Frontier in the Tampa Bay Area QCing FTTH engineering designs and permitting guidelines for said municipalities since 2021.
