Davy Vercruysse’s Expertise After several years working as communication coordinator for Hogeschool Gent, entrepreneurship became my specialty: for many years I am coaching entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs in all kinds of organizations, both in the start-up scene as in bigger corporations. With (and as co-founder of) Building Building Bridges, we organize national and international training sessions regarding leadership and entrepreneurship. We have connections with the start-up scene, firms and organizations in Kortrijk, Ghent, Antwerp, Barcelona, Berlin and Porto. We stimulate young entrepreneurs to start up and elaborate the creativity and soft skills of more experienced employees. Within my function in Ghent University as principal lecturer, I coach students, student teams in entrepreneurial practices as also in didactical / presentation performances. Besides this, I obtained also a doctoral degree regarding gender studies in entrepreneurship education.
