The Health and Safety of those around me is the most important thing that I deal with on a day to day basis. Their well being and the fact that they feel safe at work helps ensure the quality of our product that we put out the door. I believe in leading from the front and being open and honest in my communications with all of my colleagues. Some of the day to day tasks I do whilst here vary in range from SWS, RMP, Heat Treatment, CIP Validation, Kronos and Qtar Time and Pay systems, Leader Standard Work, EDec Fundamentals with along with a few others that I could add to the list.
