This team will be single point of contact for all critical IT related issues and IT Service Request at SpartanNash. Expected to drive operational excellence within overall IT Operations. This includes creating processes, procedure and automation to improve efficiency and ensure customer needs and issues are being addressed with in operational Service Level Objectives (SLO), providing input to financial and people resource plans for the area, ensuring resources are in place and operating effectively within the technical discipline and resolving technical and business issues escalated from their team successfully. Appropriately escalates to their manager only issues of significant risk, sensitivity, and impact on the business and is accountable for achieving budget objectives for the team. Information Technology professional associates must have an understanding of potential vulnerabilities in systems and applications that they support and manage updates and fixes in accordance with internal security policies and standards. Systems should be managed to minimize and mitigate risks. IT Associates must work with other non-IT associates across different departments to ensure that security systems are working smoothly to reduce the organization’s operational risks in the face of a security attack.
