Upon graduating, she joined the Travel Industry as a Holiday Rep for Club 18-30 Holidays, progressing rapidly into senior management before founding a Travel Industry Management Consultancy with Headhunting division. She subsequently co-founded and grew from the kitchen table an award winning, 26 million T/O tour operator with Ski, Shortbreak (UK & European) Camping, Self-Catering, Sailing and Theme Park divisions alongside the first ever UK French specialist retail agency. Her remit encompassed Product, Purchasing, Partnerships, Publishing and Promotions. Having always championed her fellow female colleagues, Deborah was proud to be working with a predominantly female board. In her 20s, as a young female manager and mother, Deborah herself had been forced to tackle sex discrimination head on to defend her income, most of which went on childcare at the time. Deborah knows first hand how to grow travel businesses and how to value them . She knows what needs to go right and, more importantly, what can go wrong.
