Skills: Gene cloning; mammalian, insect cell and bacterial cell culture; protein expression and purification; handling FPLC Äkta system, structural and functional analysis of protein with biophysical techniques like Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), Xray crystallography, Isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC), Differential scanning fluorimetry (DSF), laser coupled NMR and UV-Vis flash photolysis for studying real time protein dynamics; developing assay techniques for enzyme activity test, basic biochemical techniques.
