Several Active Directory Tools (including Path Manager and Print Manager) were utilized to manage all ID profiles on a large scale (over 2,500 users). Responsibilities also included maintaining all Security functions at the desktop level; troubleshooting possible rogue machines that could pose a threat to the network, and also to coordinate all virus script deployments to all workstations. Dealing with customers that faced daily deadlines and ensuring that they had the tools to complete all of their daily activities…on time. Specialties: Risk and Change Management: Change Management forms (documented in our Change Control process) needed to be processed and submitted for approval for any type of network change, and before they could be submitted, an impact assessment needed to be made and documented; along with a back-out procedure should any unforeseen issues arise.
