In this age of AI, Process reengineering is a priority more than ever before and I'm on a journey to optimize the healthcare delivery here at NH along with my team of 5. I love researching cutting-edge technologies in different industries and building strategies for implementing the best ones with end-to-end applications. At the core, I am a singer, a traveler, and a people enthusiast. I love meeting new people, listening to their stories, learning from their experiences and just being in awe of how incredibly strong everyone is at reaching out to match their potential. Most importantly, I observe the way people approach problems and this quality has given me a lot of experience even though I have just been working for about a year now hence if you want something done, I'll always be there to support, motivate and be your wingman when you lead. However, I also volunteer to get things done myself and I know how to stand my ground for things I believe in. At the end of the day, the job is all about managing people and I understand that humans are always changing, have their own set of priorities and I believe my compassion is one of the reasons I can deal with people well on a daily basis. There's a real person behind this profile too. If I am not at work, you can find me gaming, listening to music, cooking, reading about history and geopolitics, enjoying the weather in Bangalore (because, baki sab jaisa ho, Bangalore ka weather accha hai xD), and just goofing around with friends.
