Responsible for the safety, health and environment in Manual Assembly Department (300 employees) - Implement OHSAS 18001 system in plant (800 employees) - Sustain ISO 14001 system in plant - Conduct incident investigation according to TE standards and polish law - Report Near Misses/Hits - Implement Machine Guarding programme - Implement Lock out/Tag out programme - Create safety instructions - Assessing detailed instructions regarding health and safety at individual workplaces - Machine acceptance - Coordinating work conditions measurements - Conduct internal audits - Prepare plant for internal and external audits - Conduct general safety training and organize periodic training for employees - Develop and deliver training materials for relevant EHS programs and hazards and management of specialist training contractors.
